February is Black History Month
This year, EducationUSA Lagos will do a Film Screening of a great movie, Tell Them We Are Rising.

Black History Month was created to commemorate the African Americans for their achievements and contributions to U.S history. However, this internationally recognized event was not always accepted. It grew from an obscure get together called, “Negro History Week,” and now it is celebrated in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and the Netherlands.
